Morgan Johnson pursued her passion for aesthetics in Fredericton, New Brunswick, where she graduated from Majestany Institute in the spring of 2016. From there she took her talents to Avalon SalonSpa, offering a wide array of services with professionalism and care. Although she took some time off to start a family, Morgan has never stopped refining her craft. Whether with friends, family, or even herself, wavering from her passions and her need to continue developing as an aesthetician has never been an option. She is proud to be returning to a professional setting, doing what she loves to do. Flora Aesthetics by Morgan will be offering nail services, waxing, relaxation massages, and lash tints and lifts, with more to come. Native of Bathurst, New Brunswick, Nicole obtained her bachelor’s degree in psychology in 2000 and her master’s in arts (psychology) in 2005 from the Université de Moncton. Her clinical internship was completed at the Bathurst Community Mental Health Center. During the course of her studies and thereafter, she became specialized in neuropsychology and this, through a clinical internship in neuropsychology at the Hôpital Broca in Paris, France, her master’s thesis, research, continued education courses, and supervised work.

Since the beginning of her career, she has worked for many organizations, including a research centre in neurosciences in Toronto, ON, a national employee assistance program in Markham, ON, the Campbellton Community Mental Health Clinic, and the anglophone School District of Bathurst. She has also worked at the Chaleur Regional Hospital of Bathurst for nine years. She has been in private practice since January 2017 and worked with Nepisiguit Family Services and Peninsula Family Services until November 2017. She then decided to open her own clinic, Mind-Body Solutions.

Nicole is presently the owner of Lotus Wellness, which opened its doors in February 2021. Her primary goal is to bring to the community a multidisciplinary and holistic approach to wellness, taking into consideration all aspects of the person. Her approach is mainly cognitive-behavioral, including schema therapy, but also eclectic. A few years ago, she developed an interest in mindfulness and meditation, as well as the relationship between mind and body, which she has incorporated in her approach. In November 2019, she received training in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing).

Native de Bathurst, NB, Nicole Hachey obtient son baccalauréat en psychologie en 2000 et sa maîtrise ès arts en psychologie en 2005 de l’Université de Moncton. Au cours de ses études et par la suite, elle s’est spécialisée en neuropsychologie et ceci, par l’entremise d’un stage clinique en neuropsychologie à l’Hôpital Broca à Paris, France, de sa thèse de maîtrise, de recherche, de cours d’éducation continue et de travail supervisé. Elle obtient sa license de psychologue en 2010 après 5 ans de travail supervisé.

Dès le début de sa carrière, elle a eu l’occasion de travailler avec plusieurs organismes, incluant un centre de recherche en neurosciences à Toronto, ON, un programme national d’aide aux employés à Markham, ON, le Centre de santé mentale communautaire de Campbellton et le District scolaire anglophone de Bathurst. Elle a également travaillé à l’Hôpital régional Chaleur de Bathurst pendant neuf ans. Elle est en pratique privée depuis janvier 2017 et a travaillé avec Services à la famille Nepisiguit et Services à la famille Péninsule jusqu’à novembre 2017. Elle a ensuite décidé d’ouvrir sa propre clinique, Solutions Corps-Esprit.

Elle est présentement propriétaire de Bien-Être Lotus qui a ouvert ses portes en février 2021. Son but principal est d’apporter à la communauté une approche multidisciplinaire et holistique au bien-être; en considérant tous les aspects de la personne. Son approche thérapeutique est principalement comportementale-cognitive, incluant le counselling par les schémas, mais également éclectique. Quelques années passées, elle a développé un intérêt dans la pleine conscience et la méditation, ainsi que la relation entre le corps et l’esprit, ce qu’elle a intégrée dans son approche.
